The bean dregs microwave drying equipment is suitable for drying various kinds of dregs materials, such as bean curd, dregs, soybean by-product, bean left over, protein powder, etc., suitable for processing high viscosity materials.
MAX Microwave Dryer specializes in the drying characteristics of high-viscosity materials, absorbs international advanced technology, and produces belt dryers suitable for assembly line operations.
Working principle:
The wet material is directly fed into the feeder, which is laid flat on the conveyor belt by the feeder and fed into the microwave cavity with the conveyor belt for drying. The material absorbs microwave energy and generates heat by itself, without heat conduction, and its heat conduction direction is the same as that of water diffusion, and can reach the required temperature in just several tens of seconds. The water vapor is discharged to the outside by the moisture removal system and does not affect the working environment temperature. The material is dried in a drying oven for 3 to 5 minutes to achieve the final desired moisture content.
Compared with hot air drying and freeze drying, microwave drying method can save more than 50% of drying time, and has the advantages of large drying rate, energy saving, high production efficiency, uniform drying, clean production, easy automatic control and improved product quality. And the quality of the drying and rehydration are close to freeze drying. Therefore, microwave drying is a potential drying technology suitable for the drying of bean dregs, and has a good application prospect.
In addition, the microwave also plays a bactericidal role in the drying process, which can greatly extend the shelf life. The sterilization time of bean dreg is generally 3 to 5 minutes, and the sterilization temperature is 70 to 90 degrees.
Characteristics of bean dregs microwave drying equipment:
1. Clean and sanitary, no pollution. The microwave heating has a small footprint, avoiding the high temperature working environment, and the labor conditions of the workers have been greatly improved.
2. Heating penetration ability. Far-infrared heating is far less penetrating than an object. When electromagnetic waves enter the medium from the surface and propagate inside, the energy is continuously absorbed and converted into thermal energy.
3. Timely and responsive. Microwave drying quickly adjusts the microwave power to the desired value in a matter of seconds and heats it to the appropriate temperature for automated and continuous production.
