There, we roll out the new advanced microwave drying machine which only takes 3~6 minutes to finish drying without rolling friction, and the drying temperature is only 45 degree ~65 degree. 1. Our cat litter dryer occupies small footprint, is safe and environmentally friendly: microwave energy is more concentrated and heated material rapidly.

2. Uniform heating of industrial microwave dryer to improve product quality: microwave can permeate into the material, so that heat energy can be generated in the material surface at the same time. Selective heating enables the material to be heated homogeneously with the continuous evaporation of water on the surface of materials, the temperature on the surface of materials will be slightly lower than core part of material. The temperature gradient formed is from the inside to the outside, which is consistent with the steam pressure migration direction and heat migration direction accompanying the heating process.

3. Small thermal inertia, instant heating and easy control of cat sand dryer: the energy output by microwave is immediately absorbed and heated by materials. For conventional heating, the energy output is absorbed by both the material and the cold furnace. Hence, microwave heating is much faster than traditional drying method.
