Microwave Batch Oven Dryer

1. Simple installation and operation, easy to move.

2. Suits for drying a small amount of cricket products from 6kg per hour to 30 kg per hour

3.It’s could be in the constrained space to operate.

4. But operator need load the crickets insects on the tray every time, and take out the final dried crickets from microwave machine.It may need some body around machine.

Microwave Tunnel Conveyor Dryer

1. Automatically dry a large amount of cricket, capacity from 20kg per hour to 180 kg per hour

2. It can continuously dry the insects in order to save labor cost.

3. Disadvantage is that we need send our engineers to help you install machine. Also, we recommend that you use water cooling to extend machine running hours.

Microwave dried crickets could be used for edible purpose because of the  microwavesterilization function. On the other hand, microwave can improve the crickets special roast aroma which could be used for the snack products. Also, microwave can puff insects to keep crickets original shape and color.

For the further milling crickets powder, microwave dried crickets have a light color rather than hot air dried dark color crickets powder, which mainly keep crickets original color.
