Recently, we have finished manufacturing one system of flour powder material sterilization and cooling line. The whole system is including screw conveyor lifting machine, conveyor tunnel microwave machine and final section of cooling section.

Simple put the flour into the hopper of screw conveyor lifting machine, then lifting machine delivery the flour into the microwave hopper which could homogeneously lay the material on the microwave belt. Next, industrial microwave conveyor belt machine process the flour powder. Finally, the scraper and cooling fan would reduce the output flour temperature in order to further packing process.

The whole system suits for a wide range of power material sterilization and cooking including protein powder, green bean powder and other type of powder material pasteurization.

The system could reduce the labor cost and effectively sterilize the flour powder as well as kill insects and lower the moisture content. It could help our clients address the sterilization and bugs issues.
