2. Fly Larva Separating Box Design Features

2-1. Grow the home fly larva or black solider fly larva in the plastic box, when the larva grow up, the plastic box facility induce the larva voluntarily away from the feeding material. Therefore, it does not require manually or power separating device.

2-2. Mature larva would find a dry and dark place to pupate, there are ramp, fence bar and separating hole on the both sides of plastic box.

2-3. Every larva box has a connection position, can interchange stack to 10 layers high in order to reduce 80% feeding area.

2-4. There are four semicircle pillars in the four corners, which s high than plastic container. So people can easily inspect fly larva growing condition when we stack the plastic box. Also, it can offer a good ventilation environment.

2-5. Breeding and Separating fly larva box is simple use, lower labor strength. It suits for breeding in pig manure, chicken manure, forage etc.

3. Fly Larva Separating Box User Manual

When we use the breeding & separating plastic box, we load 5-6 centimeters feeding material in the box, subsequently we stack the box to around 10 layers from bottom to top, the separating hole should be vertical in the same line. ( keep dark and control temperature around 30℃) larva to grow up to adult larva, they crawl up to different direction to find food. Larva take 4~5 days to grow up, then they climb out of feeding box, and find a proper place to pupate, along with our design box ramp to separating hole, we collect the adult larva from the separating hole. Therefore, it can automatically to achieve the separating result.
