The Features of Microwave Sterilization Machine

A. Sterilization Temperature

E. coli and bacillus subtilis are easily pasteurized in the microwave electronic field under 2 minutes and 70 degree Celsius. Bacillus thermophilus require high temperature and longer time to sterilize in the traditional method in which is 100 degree Celsius with 30 minutes. However, microwave only need 70 degree with 2 minutes to sterilize the bacillus thermophilus. Based on our experience, 6kw microwave can effectively sterilize the products in 45 seconds.

B. The ingredients of oral liquid would not be broken down by microwave heating process. However, the traditional method can break down some ingredients of oral liquid.

C. The microwave sterilization machine not only improve oral liquid quality but also reduce the labor cost and energy consumption. Comparing to high temperature & pressure machine, microwave machine only requires 1~2 operator with less energy consumption.

D. Microwave machine has a low noise, but high temperature & pressure machine has a big noise for the environment.

E. Microwave using low temperature to sterilize oral liquid to maintain original nutrient with clean color and better tasty; High temperature & pressure would destroy nutrition with unclean color and sediment.
