What's the microwave?
As a kind of electromagnetic radiation, microwave has a wide range of applications such as radar, communications, and the best known by most of us, heating, drying and cooking etc. But, microwaves is different from nuclear radiation or ionizing radiation. So we could know the microwave is non-ionizing radiation which means that they pose no lasting influence, it’s totally opposed to nuclear radiation or ionizing radiation which can permanently change exposed materials.
What's the difference between home microwave and industrial microwave.

What's the lifespan of industrial microwave?
When we mention machine lifespan, we generally talk about magnetrons and industrial power because other parts are very robust and have a lifespan. Magnetrons typically have about 5000 working hours to 8000 working hours, then then it will usually start to deteriorate just like our cellphone battery. The industrial power which offer high voltage to magnetrons has a longer working hours. Right now, we use integration power which replace old transformer, diode and capacitor. The integration industrial power can save 12% energy consumption comparing to traditional transformer. Also, the belt may also need change depends on the working condition, any scratch or twist would cause belt destroy, and the unexpected pieces of metal might cause spark which could burnt the belt. The regular maintenance can be expected to last longer service time
Does machine require accessories parts?
The answer is yes. Apart from electricity, we also need set up water cooling system for magnetrons and exhaust fan for discharging moisture that come from original products. According to the machine power, we match with different water flow volume water cooling system which help machine to cope with harsh environment like hot weather and high humidity as well as assure machine longer and stable working condition. We choose the right model exhaust fan that greatly get rid of moisture out of machine chamber and avoid moisture building up and dropping back on the belt. Also, we install a cooling fan that can continuously send cooling air to electrical components in order to reduce the temperature of components. Sometimes, we collect the output product which is about 55 degree Celsius from microwave heating, the high temperature of product is not able to go thorough the packing machine. So we should add an extra cooling line in the end of microwave machine in order to reduce the products temperature, and the products could be immediately packed after microwave heating process.
Why should we use microwave ?
When we talk about microwave advantages, we must mention that microwave has a higher drying capacity, the strong and bulk microwave energy can quickly dehydrate or heat material typically 5~6 times faster than conventional dryer. Batch microwave oven require operator regularly put and take out of material each batch, and oven machine typically process material which is less than 20kg/h. But tunnel conveyor microwave could continuously process material throughout feeding hopper with less labor. For most applications, we suggest a continuous tunnel.
