Thermal Dissipation

Air Cooling Industrial Microwave Machine

1. Immediately clean dust of fan, magnetrons and industrial power to avoid built up.

2. Keep working environment ventilation, prohibit industrial microwave working in the closed circumstance.

3. If it is necessary, we need take remove side cover to increase ventilation which can quickly let thermal out of machine.

4. Air cooling industrial microwave can not continuously work over 6 hours, microwave magnetrons need work intermittently

5. We need regularly clean working circumstance to avoid fine dust.

Water Cooling Microwave Machine

1. Regularly remove water mineral built up that may have occurred in the magnetron nozzle and water circulation pipe assure cooling water running smoothly.

2. We need avoid sun directly heat the cooling water tank, which would increase the temperature of cooling water. Conversely, we should install the cooling water container in the shadow and good ventilation place.

3. Operator should try to apply soft water to avoid limescale build up.

Regularly Maintain Machine

1. We would continuously run cooling system 5 minutes to 10 minutes after we stop the microwave machine

2. Immediately clean the dust of machine.

3. Regularly check with wire connection and screw fasten loose or not.
