Our industrial microwave conveyor is shipped to EU for sterilization purpose. Ready to go.
MAX Industrial Microwave machine can sterilize, dry, heat, cure and modify a wide range of material.
Why do we select microwave sterilization? We would use a multiple of sterilization methods, but mot of sterilization often affects the original flavor and nutrition of food. However, microwave insecticidal sterilization is to make the microorganisms in food subject to the combined action of microwave thermal effect and non-thermal effect at the same time, so that the protein and physiological activities in the body mutate and cause the growth and development of the microbial body to delay and die.
And, what is the principles of the microwave sterilization? The microwave thermal effect means that under the action of a certain intensity microwave field, insects and bacteria in material will absorb microwave energy and heat up due to the phenomenon of molecular polarization which makes its proteins inactivated. It is mainly playing a role of rapid heating sterilization. The non-thermal effect of microwave means that the high frequency electric field also changes the membrane potential and polar molecular structure, and makes the protein and physiological active substances in the microorganism mutate and lose their vitality or death. It plays a special role in sterilization which is not found in conventional physical sterilization. Microwave sterilization and preservation are the results of microwave thermal and non-thermal effects. Therefore, the microwave sterilization temperature is lower than the conventional method. In general, the conventional sterilization method requires the temperature of 120℃-130℃ and about 1 hour. Microwave requires only 70℃-105℃ sterilization temperature about 90-180 seconds.
What are the pros and cons of microwave sterilization? The advantages: Firstly, the time is short and the speed is fast: Microwave makes use of its selective transmission function to heat up quickly to kill bacteria. Secondly, low temperature sterilization can ensure food quality: microwave sterilization without pollution which can retain more effective components and maintain the original color, flavor, taste. The disadvantages: Firstly, the uneven heating: Food materials usually contain a variety of components, microwave selective heating will make different parts of the food temperature rise and lead to uneven heating.
Thus, microwave sterilization technology is very reliable, and it is worthy of promotion and application. Contact with us for more information.
