We mainly supply the air cooling industrial microwave machine and water cooling industrial microwave machine. The cooling method is capable of reducing the temperature of microwave electrical elements to assure machine stable working performance and longer working hours.
Microwave electrical elements mainly consists of microwave magnetrons and industrial frequency power. Microwave magnetrons generate the microwave energy, and industrial frequency power convert and supply the voltage to the magnetrons. Both of electric elements are possible over 100℃after longer working hours. There is a power attenuation scenario once the industrial frequency power is over 95℃, and microwave magnetrons would shut down because of temperature protection when the temperature is over higher. We need optimize thermal dissipation to prevent over high temperature.
Generally, if the machine run over 16 hours per day, we should optimize cooling solution. Like water cooling for microwave magnetrons, and better cooling solution for industrial frequency power. We can build a water tank which supply clean and soft water to cool the magnetrons, the input water temperature should be under 32℃. And we could use oil cooling or stop one hour after 12 continuously working hours for industrial frequency power. One the other hand, microwave user should provide an environment which relative humidity is under 80%, working temperature is between 0~40℃and less dusty.
In order to keep machine stable and lifespan, we need regularly clean and maintain the machine.
