We design and manufacture the industrial microwave to dry and sterilize cat litter. We traditionally use rolling drum dryer to dry cat litter, but it does not homogenously dry the cat litter as well as destroy the original shape of cat litter, and the color is also changed.

Now, we develop a new automatic industrial microwave machine to dry cat litter. Lifting machine deliveries the cat litter to feeder hopper of industrial microwave, and feeding hopper uniformly lay the material on the conveyor belt which pass through microwave radiation field. And the dry and clean cat litter would come out of machine. The whole drying process only takes few minutes without any manual labor influence. The processing capabilities can be customized according to the demands. Generally, cat litter is required to dry from 20% moisture content down to 7%, there is 13% water that need to be evaporated, especially inside part. We employ the microwave unique heating features to accelerate the core part evaporation in order to speed up drying time and improve products quality.

Microwave energy make water molecular friction to generate heat which leads to evaporation. So it saves the heat conduction and energy consumption. We adopt the PLC operation to control drying temperature time. We equip with advanced microwave suppressor device to assure operation safety. The microwave machine is and environmentally friendly machine without producing any polluted water, air or dust etc.
