We customized a 15kw microwave batch oven for drying and sterilizing the high value Chinese herbs. There are five trays in the oven in order to increase the heating capacity. Also, we build a front door and back door so our clients can easily open the door on the both sides. Herbs material is uniformly heated on the rotary tray. Operator can simple control microwave drying temperature, drying time and working magnetrons by the machine button. Microwave drying time is 5 times faster than traditional heating so it dramatically saves heating time as well as keeps the original elements.
