Features of microwave drying technology:
1. Quick drying. Microwave can instantly penetrate the heated material, only need to heat a few seconds to a few minutes, no need to preheat. Stop heating is instantaneous, there is no waste heat. Microwave heating cavity don’t absorb microwave and the heat in the surrounding lose is very little.
2.Easy operation. PLC control system is automatic. The drying equipment can be adjusted according to the needs of the users for heating the material volume and the amount of custom power according to the requirements of the user customized heating speed. With temperature monitoring and control, transmission speed control, lighting, power control and other functions.
3.Energy saving. Conventional thermal sterilization is a thermal loss, while microwave is directly applied to food, without additional thermal loss, and can save 30% to 50%.
