Use of vertical microwave or tunnel constantly oven has gained acceptance in industrial field due to heat material environmentally-friendly, conveniently and quickly.  However, there are some drawbacks or inabilities we must admit today. So when individual choose drying method, they can avoid using microwave drying method under below scenario.

2. We do not use microwave device to heat some lost-cost material regarding to economical issue. Some people think what we could use microwave dryer to heat household garbage , waste slurry or waste mud. Yes, microwave could heat up those material but drying material is valueless. Other drying method maybe more economic than microwave drying.

3. Water adhered on the surface of the material, and itself does not absorb microwave energy. Or the material is very thin, we don’t use microwave dryer either. Under this situation, we recommend people to use hot air drying method to achieve a better solution.

4. Many materials are transparent to microwaves energy and do not heat either. For example materials are quartz glass and PTFE, which can be used as microwave windows. 

Although microwave drying equipment bring us many merits, we should recognize that there are some fields which are not suitable for microwave. So when you need to dry off your material, we would happy to tell you whether using microwave or not.
